I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

The client portal T-Ledgers uses makes the whole process much easier than dealing with emails and PDFs back and forth. Document sharing is simple, questions get answered quickly, and you can always see where things stand. It's a modern way of handling accounting and I appreciated that.Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Mississauga businesses tend to outgrow their bookkeeping quietly. An importer near Pearson adds a US-dollar account, a retailer in Heartland adds Shopify to Square, a Meadowvale IT firm hires its third employee, and the spreadsheet that worked last year stops working. What these owners need isn’t data entry. It’s books that are reconciled every month, GST/HST that matches the bank, and someone who notices when the numbers move.
I’m Wajahat Ajmal, CPA, FCCA. T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm practising since 2020, and one of our two offices is at 100 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 204, near Hurontario and Highway 403. Most Mississauga clients never need to visit, but the office is there if you’d like to meet.
What we set up for Mississauga clients most often: landed-cost and foreign-exchange tracking for importers and wholesalers, inventory counts tied to the balance sheet for distributors, point-of-sale and payment processor clearing accounts for retailers and restaurants, and simple, quarterly books for incorporated consultants.

| City of Mississauga business licences | Only specific categories need a City licence. If yours does, the renewal is recorded as a business expense in the month it’s paid, so it’s never missed at year-end. | Mississauga licences and permits |
| Peel Public Health | Peel inspects Mississauga food and personal service premises; larger repairs become capital assets. | Peel Public Health inspections |
| Ontario land transfer tax only | No Mississauga municipal tax; Ontario’s is capitalised in the closing month. | Ontario land transfer tax |

An illustrative example (not a client story). A Mississauga wholesaler on our Scale plan has a Canadian and a US-dollar bank account, buys from overseas through a customs broker and sells to retailers on 30-day terms. Each month we reconcile both accounts, revalue the US-dollar balance, add freight, duty and brokerage to inventory, claim the GST paid at the border as input tax credits with the customs documents attached, and send an aged receivables list so overdue customers get chased before cash gets tight.
For Mississauga importers and wholesalers we track inventory, landed cost and foreign-currency balances each month, and we match customs broker statements so border GST/HST is claimed. New owners can get free start-up advice at IDEA Mississauga (Mississauga Business Entrepreneur Centre) in Square One.
Restaurants and retailers around Square One and Heartland get daily POS sales posted, delivery-app payouts grossed up for commissions, and cash reconciled to deposits each month.
