We help small businesses across Canada (outside Quebec) put AI and automation to work in every corner of the business: finance, admin, sales, customer service and reporting. First we get to know how you actually operate. Then we design and build systems that take the repetitive work off your team.

Most small businesses lose hours each week to the same manual tasks. A lot of that can be automated, and people stay involved wherever judgment is needed. Here are some examples of what can be automated:
See it in practice: how a Canadian consulting firm automated six workflows.

No two businesses run the same way, so we don’t have a one-size price. After the discovery call and the business plan, we send a custom proposal with milestone billing. The project is split into milestones and you pay as each one is delivered. No surprise invoices and no large upfront commitment.
Full pricing transparency: every milestone is priced upfront in your proposal, and there’s no surprise billing for work within the agreed scope. If you ask for something outside the scope, we’ll quote it first, before any work begins.

That depends on what you want to automate and how many systems are involved. After a free discovery call and a business plan, we share a custom proposal with milestone billing, so you see the cost of each stage upfront and pay as each milestone is delivered. There is no surprise billing within the agreed scope, and anything extra is quoted before work begins.
It depends on the scope. Rather than quote a generic timeline, we agree the schedule with you before work starts, and every milestone in your proposal has defined deliverables.
Common areas include bookkeeping and finance workflows, admin, sales and CRM follow-up, customer service, reporting and dashboards, document processing and internal systems. On the discovery call we work out which of these make sense for you.
Data handling is part of the business plan: we define what data each system uses, who can access it and where it is stored, and keep access limited to what each workflow needs. As an accounting firm, we treat client data confidentially.
That isn’t the aim. We take away the repetitive, manual work so your people have more time for customers and decisions. Most automations keep people in the loop for approvals and anything that needs judgment.
Usually not. Where we can, we connect and automate the tools you already have, such as your accounting software, CRM, email and calendar. Any new tools are recommended in the business plan before anything is built.
