T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm. Our team does bookkeeping, corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax, HST, payroll and virtual CFO work for small businesses and self-employed people across New Brunswick. You get a flat fee in writing before we start. Call (866) 254-5368 or book a free 30-minute call.

We work with New Brunswick clients entirely online, by phone, video, text or email. Your books live in QuickBooks Online or Xero, receipts go in through Dext, and a CPA reviews the file before anything goes to the CRA. You’re on Atlantic time, one hour ahead of Ontario.
Starting prices, all + HST/GST. You get the exact figure in writing after a free call, before any work starts.
About our fees: New Brunswick clients pay 15% HST on our fees and nothing else, because accounting services carry no separate provincial sales tax there. If you’re registered, you can usually claim it back as an input tax credit. Current rates: CRA GST/HST rates page.
Incorporation: we only offer incorporation to Ontario businesses. If you’re setting up a New Brunswick corporation, we can take over as soon as it’s registered.
Some files are tidy. Others have a T2 that went in three years ago and CRA letters in the inbox. Our team takes on both, with a CPA reviewing every file, and you get the price in writing first.
I review the work before anything goes to the CRA. Nothing is filed without my sign-off.
You get the price before we start. If the scope changes, we agree the new price with you first.
Tell us if a CRA deadline is close and we will put it first.
QuickBooks Online or Xero for the books and Dext for receipts. We take over your file or set one up.
We meet remotely with clients anywhere in New Brunswick. If you are visiting Ontario, you can book a meeting at our Mississauga office.
Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET, which is 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Atlantic time.
We also match prices: send a comparable written quote from another Canadian CPA or bookkeeping firm for the same work and we will match it. A 24/7 receptionist answers the phone, so a real person picks up.

We work remotely with businesses and self-employed people across New Brunswick, including:
We also work with clients in Saint John, Dieppe, Miramichi, Bathurst, Edmundston and rural New Brunswick. If you have an internet connection, we can work with you.
If you are a few years behind, you are not unusual, and it is fixable. We start with your bank and credit card statements, rebuild the oldest year first, then file what is outstanding in the right order: HST returns, T2s and personal returns. If the CRA has sent letters or estimated assessments, we deal with them as part of the job. Penalties and interest keep growing until you file, so waiting rarely helps.
Catch-up work starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. See catch-up bookkeeping, back tax filing and a real file in our catch-up case study.
If you have unfiled returns or income you never reported, the CRA’s Voluntary Disclosures Program (VDP) lets you correct it before the CRA contacts you, with relief on penalties and part of the interest. Many New Brunswick owners come to us only after a CRA letter arrives; coming forward first usually gets a better result.
We rebuild the missing years, prepare the corrected T1, T2 and GST/HST returns, and file them with Form RC199 so the CRA reviews everything together. Pricing depends on how many years are involved and is part of our catch-up bookkeeping quote, which starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. The CRA decides each application case by case, so relief is never guaranteed.

I started in audit at KPMG, where I learned to go back to the source and reconcile everything before anything gets filed. Since then I’ve worked as an independent contractor for a tax filing company. I’ve practised in Canada since 2020 and founded T-Ledgers in 2023.

I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Yes. We prepare SR&ED claims end to end: the eligibility review, project write-ups, the T661 claim form and the T2 filing, plus support if the CRA reviews the claim. Pricing depends on the claim and is quoted after a free consultation.

No. New Brunswick corporate tax is calculated on the T2 schedules and paid to the CRA. You do still file an annual return with the Corporate Registry, which is a separate filing.
Usually once your taxable sales pass $30,000 in a single quarter or over four consecutive quarters. You can register earlier to claim input tax credits.
We only offer incorporation in Ontario. Once your New Brunswick corporation is registered, we can handle the books, payroll accounts, HST and your T2 every year.

Yes, it is our speciality. We rebuild the books from bank statements, file the overdue sales tax returns and T2s in the right order (personal T1 returns are quoted separately), and deal with any CRA letters. Catch-up work starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST.
Yes. We rebuild the missing years, prepare the corrected returns and file them with Form RC199. If no one at the CRA has contacted you about the issue, an application received on or after October 1, 2025 normally gets 100% penalty relief and 75% interest relief. The VDP application is quoted separately after a free review. Any catch-up bookkeeping starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. The CRA decides each case, so relief is not guaranteed.
Not always. If the letter names a specific error or sets a deadline, your application is treated as prompted and normally gets up to 100% penalty relief and 25% interest relief. Once an audit or investigation has started on that issue, the VDP is closed to you, so it is worth acting quickly.
