I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Most Brampton owners we talk to are busy doing the actual work: driving, building, cooking, serving customers. Bookkeeping happens on Sunday night, if at all. The fix isn’t more Sunday nights. It’s a system where receipts go into Dext from your phone, the bank and fuel cards feed QuickBooks Online automatically, and a team reconciles it all on a schedule, so the GST/HST return is ready before it’s due.
I’m Wajahat Ajmal, CPA, FCCA. T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm practising since 2020. We keep books for Brampton clients by phone, video and email, and our nearest office is in Mississauga at 100 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 204.
What we set up for Brampton clients most often: carrier settlement and fuel card reconciliation for owner-operators and small fleets, truck and trailer loans split into principal and interest, job and supplier tracking for renovators and roofers, cash and card reconciliation for restaurants and food stores, and separate rental tracking for owners with a basement unit.

|---|---|---|
| City of Brampton stationary business licences | More than 30 types of fixed-location business need a City licence, including Building Renovator contractors (which covers roofers) and fixed food premises. We record the licence fee each year so it’s claimed. | Brampton stationary business licensing |
| Peel Public Health | Peel inspects Brampton food and personal service premises; larger repairs become capital assets. | Peel Public Health inspections |
| Ontario land transfer tax only | No Brampton municipal tax; Ontario’s is capitalised in the closing month. | Ontario land transfer tax |
Law: Municipal Act, 2001 s.151(1) (business licensing); Land Transfer Tax Act s.2(1) (Ontario land transfer tax); Health Protection and Promotion Act s.16(1) (food premises).
An illustrative example (not a client story). A Brampton owner-operator with one truck is on our Growth plan, with books closed quarterly. The carrier settlement statements are matched to deposits, fuel card and repair receipts come in through Dext with their GST/HST, the truck loan is split into principal and interest, and capital cost allowance on the truck is ready for the T2. The quarterly GST/HST return is filed from reconciled numbers, not estimates.
For Brampton trucking companies we gross up dispatcher settlements, track each truck’s loan and capital cost, and keep fuel and IFTA records together. The Brampton Entrepreneur Centre offers free guidance on permits and growth.
Family businesses get personal and business spending separated each month, family wages run properly through payroll, and the shareholder loan cleared within one year after the company’s year-end, so it isn’t added to the owner’s income. We also prepare the quarterly fuel tax figures your carrier needs.
