T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm doing bookkeeping, corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax, GST and PST, payroll and virtual CFO work for small businesses and self-employed people across Saskatchewan. You get a flat fee before we start.

T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm that does bookkeeping, corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax, GST and PST, payroll and virtual CFO work for small businesses and self-employed people across Saskatchewan. That includes clients in Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, Swift Current and the towns in between. You get a flat fee before we start. Catching up books and returns that have fallen years behind is a big part of what we do.
Our offices are in Ontario, and we work with Saskatchewan clients entirely online, by phone, video, text or email. Distance isn’t a problem for this kind of work. Your records live in QuickBooks Online or Xero, receipts go in through Dext, and I review the file before anything goes to the CRA or to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance. Most of what Saskatchewan owners need from us is clean books, the right GST and PST setup and a T2 that’s filed on time, and none of that takes an in-person meeting.
These are starting prices and exclude GST. You’ll get the exact figure in writing after a free call, before we do any work.
About our fees: Saskatchewan clients pay 5% GST on top of our fees. If you’re GST-registered, you can usually claim it back as an input tax credit. Separately, Saskatchewan PST may apply to some accounting services in Saskatchewan. See Saskatchewan PST Bulletin PST-62, Accounting Services. Current GST rates: CRA GST/HST rates page.
Incorporation: we only offer incorporation to Ontario businesses. If you’re setting up a Saskatchewan corporation, we can take over as soon as it’s registered and handle your books, payroll accounts, GST and PST, and your T2 every year.
Lots of firms are happy to take a tidy file. Fewer want the one where the last T2 went in three years ago and there’s a PST audit letter from Regina in the inbox. I’m Wajahat Ajmal, CPA, FCCA, and I set up T-Ledgers to take on both kinds of client.
I review the work before anything goes to the CRA. Nothing is filed without my sign-off.
You get the price before we start. If the scope changes, we agree the new price with you first.
Tell us if a CRA deadline is close and we will put it first.
QuickBooks Online or Xero for the books and Dext for receipts. We take over your file or set one up.
We meet remotely with clients anywhere in Saskatchewan. If you are visiting Ontario, you can book a meeting at our Mississauga office.
Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. Saskatchewan does not change its clocks, so that is 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. from March to early November, and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in winter.
We also match prices: send a comparable written quote from another Canadian CPA or bookkeeping firm for the same work and we will match it. A 24/7 receptionist answers the phone, so a real person picks up.

We work remotely with businesses and self-employed people right across Saskatchewan, including:
We also work with clients in Yorkton, North Battleford, Estevan, Lloydminster and rural Saskatchewan. All of it is done online, so distance isn’t an issue.
If you are a few years behind, you are not unusual, and it is fixable. We start with your bank and credit card statements, rebuild the oldest year first, then file what is outstanding in the right order: GST and provincial sales tax returns, T2s and personal returns. If the CRA has sent letters or estimated assessments, we deal with them as part of the job. Penalties and interest keep growing until you file, so waiting rarely helps.
Catch-up work starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. See catch-up bookkeeping, back tax filing and a real file in our catch-up case study.
If you have unfiled returns or income you never reported, the CRA’s Voluntary Disclosures Program (VDP) lets you correct it before the CRA contacts you, with relief on penalties and part of the interest. Many Saskatchewan owners come to us only after a CRA letter arrives; coming forward first usually gets a better result.
We rebuild the missing years, prepare the corrected T1, T2 and GST/HST returns, and file them with Form RC199 so the CRA reviews everything together. Pricing depends on how many years are involved and is part of our catch-up bookkeeping quote, which starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. The CRA decides each application case by case, so relief is never guaranteed.
Saskatchewan PST is run by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance, not the CRA, so unfiled or under-reported PST is dealt with separately with the province.
Law: Income Tax Act s.150(1) (filing deadlines); Income Tax Act s.162(1) (late-filing penalty); Income Tax Act s.161(1) (interest on unpaid tax); Income Tax Act s.152(7) (assessment not dependent on return); Excise Tax Act s.238(1) (GST/HST returns).

I started in audit at KPMG, where I learned to go back to the source and reconcile everything before anything gets filed. Since then I’ve worked as an independent contractor for a tax filing company. I’ve practised in Canada since 2020 and founded T-Ledgers in 2023.
I’m a member of CPA Ontario (#77000292) and a Fellow of ACCA. You can verify my CPA Ontario membership in the public directory, or read more on our About page.
“T-Ledgers made filing my corporate taxes straightforward from start to finish. Wajahat was responsive throughout the process and clearly explained what documents I needed to provide and why. The turnaround was reasonable and everything was handled professionally. I’ll definitely be coming back next year and would recommend them to any small business owner looking for a reliable accountant.”

I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

The client portal T-Ledgers uses makes the whole process much easier than dealing with emails and PDFs back and forth. Document sharing is simple, questions get answered quickly, and you can always see where things stand. It's a modern way of handling accounting and I appreciated that.Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Yes. Saskatchewan corporate and personal tax are both filed with the CRA through the federal T2 and T1, with the Saskatchewan schedules attached, and we prepare those schedules. PST returns go to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance, and we file those too. Being in a different province makes no difference to the work.
Our flat fees are the same everywhere: bookkeeping from $350 a month (quarterly; monthly from $500), catch-up work from $1,800 per year, personal returns from $110 ($49 for a simple slips-only return), corporate returns from $800, nil T2s from $249 and Virtual CFO from $2,500 a month. Payroll is quoted after a short call. Saskatchewan clients pay 5% GST on top, and Saskatchewan PST (6%) may also apply.
Yes to the first. Send us a comparable written quote from another Canadian CPA or bookkeeping firm for the same work and we’ll match it. As for replies, we answer within one business day, and a 24/7 receptionist picks up the phone, so a real person picks up.
Yes. Saskatchewan clients pay 5% GST on top of our fees, and Saskatchewan PST (6%) may also apply to accounting services that relate to Saskatchewan. If your business is registered for GST/HST, you can usually claim it back as an input tax credit.
Yes. We prepare SR&ED claims end to end: the eligibility review, project write-ups, the T661 claim form and the T2 filing, plus support if the CRA reviews the claim. Pricing depends on the claim and is quoted after a free consultation.
Possibly. They’re separate taxes with separate rules. GST registration usually kicks in once your taxable sales go over $30,000 in a single quarter or over four consecutive quarters. Saskatchewan PST depends on what you sell and who you sell to, and it covers many services, such as computer, legal and construction-related work, as well as goods. We’ll work out which ones apply to you on the first call.
Yes. Every Saskatchewan business corporation files an annual return with the ISC Corporate Registry, due by the end of the month after its incorporation anniversary. It’s separate from your T2, a late fee applies if you miss the date, and a corporation can be struck off about 60 days after the due date. We’ll remind you when it’s due so the company stays in good standing.
We only offer incorporation in Ontario. If you’re setting up a Saskatchewan corporation, we can take over once it’s registered and handle your books, payroll accounts, GST and PST, and your T2 every year.
Yes, it is our speciality. We rebuild the books from bank statements, file the overdue sales tax returns and T2s in the right order (personal T1 returns are quoted separately), and deal with any CRA letters. Catch-up work starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST.
Yes. We rebuild the missing years, prepare the corrected returns and file them with Form RC199. If no one at the CRA has contacted you about the issue, an application received on or after October 1, 2025 normally gets 100% penalty relief and 75% interest relief. The VDP application is quoted separately after a free review. Any catch-up bookkeeping starts from $1,800 per year + HST/GST. The CRA decides each case, so relief is not guaranteed.
Not always. If the letter names a specific error or sets a deadline, your application is treated as prompted and normally gets up to 100% penalty relief and 25% interest relief. Once an audit or investigation has started on that issue, the VDP is closed to you, so it is worth acting quickly.
Whether your books are current or a few years behind, the first step is a free 30-minute call, and you’ll have a fixed price before any work starts. Book online, call (866) 254-5368 or email info@tledgers.ca.
Phone: (866) 254-5368. Hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. 24/7 receptionist, a real person answers.
