I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

The client portal T-Ledgers uses makes the whole process much easier than dealing with emails and PDFs back and forth. Document sharing is simple, questions get answered quickly, and you can always see where things stand. It's a modern way of handling accounting and I appreciated that.Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Mississauga’s corporations range from import and logistics companies near Pearson to Meadowvale tech firms and home-based consulting companies. Their T2s differ mainly in what sits around the core return: foreign suppliers and customers, inventory, related companies abroad, or a holding company that owns the shares. Those are the parts that need judgment, and where foreign reporting forms can carry penalties if they’re missed.
I’m Wajahat Ajmal, CPA, FCCA. T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm practising since 2020, and one of our two offices is at 100 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 204, near Hurontario and Highway 403. You can drop off year-end papers there by appointment, though most clients share them online.
Mississauga corporations we file for most often: importers and wholesalers with inventory and foreign-currency balances, logistics and transport companies, incorporated IT consultants, and retailers and restaurants.

| Local rule | How it shows up on your T2 | Official source |
|---|---|---|
| City of Mississauga business licences | Only specific categories of business need a City licence. Fees are deducted in the year paid. | Mississauga licences and permits |
| Peel Public Health | Inspection-driven renovations go on Schedule 8 as capital. | Peel Public Health inspections |
| Ontario land transfer tax | Added to the cost of Mississauga property, driving CCA and the later gain. | Ontario land transfer tax |
Law: Municipal Act, 2001 s.151(1) (business licensing); Land Transfer Tax Act s.2(1) (Ontario land transfer tax); Health Protection and Promotion Act s.16(1) (food premises).
An illustrative example (not a client story). A Mississauga wholesaler buys from a related company overseas and holds inventory in a leased warehouse. On the T2 we confirm the year-end inventory count and valuation, translate the US-dollar balances and record foreign exchange gains or losses, and check whether the dealings with the related non-resident company require a T106 information return, which is quoted separately. Then we confirm the small business deduction and set next year’s instalments.
What’s different for Mississauga corporations. Import, wholesale and logistics companies near Pearson often have foreign suppliers or related companies abroad. On the T2 that means checking whether a T106 is needed for transactions with related non-residents, whether a T1135 is needed for foreign property, and that foreign-exchange gains and losses are reported correctly. Inventory valuation at year-end also matters, because it moves profit between years. Newer companies can get free start-up help at IDEA Mississauga (Mississauga Business Entrepreneur Centre).
Restaurant and retail corporations around Square One file T2s with tips, delivery-app commissions and inventory to reconcile. We check that the POS sales on the GST/HST returns agree with the revenue on the T2 before it’s filed.
Scope, deadlines and the 11.2% small business rate are on our main corporate tax (T2) page.
Law: Income Tax Act s.150(1) (filing returns); Income Tax Act s.157(1) (payment by corporation); Income Tax Act s.125(1) (small business deduction); Income Tax Act s.162(1) and (7.2) (late filing and e-filing penalties); Ontario corporate income tax rates.

Yes, by appointment at 100 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 204. Most clients upload documents instead.
From $800 plus HST/GST for a simple T2 and from $249 for a nil T2 with no activity. Foreign reporting and other non-routine work is quoted before we start.
It can mean extra forms, such as the T106 for transactions with non-arm’s-length non-residents. We check on the first call and quote it separately.
Six months after your year-end. The balance owing is usually due two months after year-end, or three months for qualifying Canadian-controlled private corporations.
Possibly. Transactions over $1 million with related non-residents need a T106, and foreign property costing over $100,000 needs a T1135. We check both every year.
Whether your year-end just passed, you’ve got a nil return to file for a holding company, or you’re a few years behind and dreading it, the first step is a free 30-minute call with a CPA. We’ll look at where things stand and send a fixed price, mostly within one business day. If you have a comparable written quote, show it to us before you sign and we’ll match it.
