I highly recommend T-Ledgers. Their communication is exceptional. You won’t have to wait days for a response. Waji really takes his time to explain things in-depth with his clients. He provides the ins and outs behind every major decision. Our corporation was 2 years behind on filings and Waji and his firm got all the work done in a timely manner, as promised.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend **T Ledger's Accounting**. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed his help. Even when something is urgent or needs to be handled last minute, he gets it done right away and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s the type of accountant you can genuinely depend on. No matter what situation you’re dealing with, he takes the time to understand it, explains what needs to be done, and handles everything with a high level of professionalism. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to handle important financial and accounting matters, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with T Ledger's Accounting. **Beyond highly recommended. If you’re looking for an accountant you can rely on, this is the place to go.**Posted on Google![]()

Document sharing is simple, questions get answered quickly, and you can always see where things stand. It's a modern way of handling accounting and I appreciated that.Posted on Google![]()

I fully recommend Wajahat for one's tax filing needs. He will explain what he's doing and why, rather than just asking for documents and going silent, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage of the process. He is trustworthy and transparent when it comes to pricing and quality of the work for small business tax needs.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Etobicoke is where T-Ledgers is based. The City’s employment survey ranks Rexdale-Airport and South Etobicoke among Toronto’s largest employment areas, and manufacturing is the biggest source of jobs there. In practice our Etobicoke clients are contractors, trucking companies, distributors and small manufacturers, plus retailers, clinics and consultants in Islington Village, Mimico, Long Branch and home offices across the area.
I’m Wajahat Ajmal, CPA, FCCA. T-Ledgers is a CPA-led accounting firm practising since 2020. Our Etobicoke office is at 102-89 Skyway Ave. Most clients work with us online, and you can meet us there by appointment, or at our Mississauga office.

| Local rule or situation | How we handle it in your books | Official source |
|---|---|---|
| City of Toronto Building Renovator licence | Renovation and repair businesses need a City licence, which includes a trade exam. The fee is recorded when paid and the renewal is tracked. | Toronto licence and permit types |
| Municipal Land Transfer Tax | When an Etobicoke company buys property, Toronto MLTT and Ontario land transfer tax are both added to its cost. | City of Toronto MLTT |
| Trucking near the airport | Revenue and costs are tracked per truck, fuel cards matched to receipts and fuel tracked by jurisdiction for IFTA. | Ontario: International Fuel Tax Agreement |
| Toronto Public Health | Food businesses are inspected by Toronto Public Health. Inspection-driven equipment and repairs are recorded in the right category. | Toronto Public Health DineSafe |
Law: City of Toronto Act, 2006 s.86(1) (business licensing); City of Toronto Act, 2006 s.267(1) (City taxes, including MLTT and Vacant Home Tax); Excise Tax Act s.169(1) (input tax credits).
Because we’re local, many Etobicoke clients drop off paperwork or meet us at Skyway Ave a few times a year, though monthly bookkeeping never requires a visit. We reconcile bank, card and processor accounts, post supplier bills through Dext and file HST from the reconciled books.
Contractors get job costing, holdbacks and subcontractor payments ready for T5018 slips. Trucking and logistics firms around Rexdale and the airport get per-truck reporting and IFTA records. Manufacturers and distributors in South Etobicoke get inventory and landed cost closed each month.
Trucking and warehousing clients near the airport and along the Queensway often run fuel cards, leased trailers and per-load invoices. We track costs per truck or route where the owner wants it, so the books show which lanes actually make money, not just the total.
An illustrative example (not a client story). An Etobicoke renovation contractor on our Scale plan runs three crews and bills homeowners in progress draws. Each month we post draws and holdbacks to each job, match supplier and subcontractor invoices, reconcile the business and credit card accounts, track the T5018 amounts and send job profitability by the 10th.
